Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detection means for detecting disconnection of a magnet wire as well as shortage of the magnet wire wound around a feeding bobbin.SOLUTION: A winding machine 1 comprises a tension part 5 mounted in a lateral direction of a winding machine body 2 having a wound wire bobbin 3, and a wire feeding part 6 installed on a floor face F below the tension part 5. A wire guide part 10 is arranged below the tension part 5. A guide member 12, which transforms a circumferentially rotated magnet wire W unwound from the wire feeding part 6 into a linear shape, is disposed in the wire guide part 10. An auxiliary control box 8 is installed above the winding machine body 2, and a wire detection part is provided in the vicinity of the wire guide part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
