PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide iron oxide for MnZn-based ferrite raw material exhibiting low core loss property uniformly even when mix of iron oxide of a MnZn-based ferrite raw material is conducted in a dry process.SOLUTION: Mn:over 0.30 mass% and 2.5 mass% or less and S:less than 0.060 mass% as SOare added to iron oxide and the mixed amount of B is further suppressed to 4.0 mass.ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
