Abstract:
To provide a production method of a metal capable of improving both yield stress and ductility of the metal.SOLUTION: A high-density pulse current is applied to an alloy based on Ti and containing Al and Nb. A product (A-ms/mm2) of a current density (A/mm2) and an application time (ms) of the pulse current is 11,000 or more and 13,000 or less. When applying the high-density pulse current so that the current density and the application time satisfy the restriction, yield stress and ductility of the alloy based on Ti and containing Al and Nb are improved simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
