Abstract:
To provide a laminating method that can effectively improve the bonding strength of a laminated plate of steel and aluminum subjected to cold rolling.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a method for rolling and laminating both metals of steel and aluminum having been oxidized before rolling. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, preparing a steel plate and an aluminum plate to be laminated; S2, cleaning the surfaces of both plates; S3, oxidizing the surfaces of both plates; S4, laminating and rolling workpieces; and S5, heating the laminated and rolled workpieces. In the method, the contact surface of the steel plate is oxidized before rolling, and the treated workpiece is cooled to the room temperature and then laminated on the aluminum plate, followed by cold rolling, to achieve preliminary lamination with both metals of steel and aluminum being oxidized. The resultant laminated plate is heated. The oxidizing process before cold rolling can effectively improve the interfacial bonding strength at the laminated steel-aluminum interface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
