Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a connection to a plurality of external devices different in an interface unit, and a start-up in an operation mode corresponding to the connection.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device according to the present invention comprises a plurality of interface units to be connected to an external instrument. The plurality of interface units is the interface unit to which the external instrument different in a shape or signal line arrangement or signal category of the plurality of interface units is connected. A storage unit is configured to store an operation mode corresponding to each interface unit in accordance with the shape or signal line arrangement or signal category of the plurality of interface units, and a control unit is configured to judge a connection state of a start-up mode determination signal after power is supplied; when the start-up mode determination signal is in the connection state, select the operation mode corresponding to the start-up mode determination signal from the storage unit to start up the selected operation mode; and transmit/receive data to/from the external instrument connected in the selected operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
