Abstract:
To provide an ophthalmologic device which can execute a plurality of examinations at an optimal actuation distance with a simple configuration, and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic device comprises: an object lens; a first examination optical system for performing first examination through the object lens; a second examination optical system for performing second examination through the object lens; an alignment optical system for detecting reflectance from an eye to be examined of the light radiated by deflecting the alignment light or detecting reflectance obtained by deflecting the reflected light reflected on the eye to be examined to which the alignment light is radiated, according to a kind of an operation mode including a first mode for first examination and a second mode for second examination; a movement mechanism for moving the object lens, the first examination optical system, the second examination optical system in an optical axis direction; and a control part for controlling the movement mechanism so that the actuation distance in the first mode is a first actuation distance and the actuation distance in the second mode is a second actuation distance on the basis of the detection result of the reflectance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
