PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ophthalmic compositions for silicone hydrogel contact lenses that can reduce the friction on the surface of a silicone hydrogel contact lens to improve a wearing feel thereof, effectively prevent generation of keratoconjunctival epithelial disorders, and allows the comfortable and safety use of silicone hydrogel contact lens.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic composition for silicone hydrogel contact lenses is prepared by combining dibutylhydroxytoluene and/or butylhydroxyanisol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
