Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing polyphenol as a method using barley bran which has been used conventionally only as almost feed for farm animal and Shochu liquid-waste disposal article as industrial waste, and a method capable of producing polyphenol derived from barley as mass production industrially.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of polyphenol derived from barley including collecting barley outer layer bran generated in milling process of barley with weight yield percentage of 85 wt.% to 98 wt.% and extracting polyphenol from the barley bran.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
