Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling control method, a rolling control device and a program capable of providing a thick plate having a plate crown of higher quality by a simpler control in thick plate rolling constituted of a plurality of passes.SOLUTION: A rolling control method includes the steps of: modifying a roll profile such that a measurement value of a plate crown or planarity on the rolling pass inlet side of the r'th pass accords with an actual calculated value as a calculated value of the plate crown or the planarity based on a model equation before rolling pass practice of the r'th pass (2≤r≤N) in such rolling that the whole pass number of the rolling is N pass (N≥2); calculating a plate crown of each rolling pass outlet side of the r' to (m-1)'th pass (r≤m≤N) by using the modified roll profile; calculating a crown control amount such that the plate crown of the t'th pass outlet side as a rolling pass of any of m'th to N'th pass accords with a desired plate crown by using the modified roll profile and the plate crown of each rolling pass outlet side of the calculated r'th to (m-1)'th pass; and giving a crown control amount calculated in the rolling in each rolling pass of the m' to t' pass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
