Abstract:
To provide a sanitary cap that prevents hair and dust from falling out using a nonwoven fabric that is lightweight, is easy to put on, does not cause hair to stick out, is breathable and strong, fits well, and has an ability to attract static electricity to hair.SOLUTION: A sanitary cap includes a head covering part made of nonwoven fabric and a face opening part made of a stretchable material. The head covering part has a three-dimensional structure with three to four pieces of nonwoven fabric corresponding to a top of a head, a temporal region, and a back of the head, and the nonwoven fabric is composed of intermittent bonded nonwoven fabric composed of two or more layers, a fiber layer with a thick average fiber diameter and a fiber layer with a thin average fiber diameter. An average fiber diameter of the thick fiber layer is 8 to 30 μm, and an average fiber diameter of the thin fiber layer is 0.1 to 5 μm. Further, a weight ratio of the thick fiber layer is made larger than that of the thin fiber layer. Further, in the intermittent bonded nonwoven fabric, a short axis length of pinholes caused by transmitted light is set to be 70 μm or less on average.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
