Abstract:
To provide a spray nozzle unit that can stably a spraying state and can be easily replaced with an existing spray nozzle unit at low cost.SOLUTION: A spray nozzle unit, configured so that one end part of an inner tube 2 is connected by a unit nut 3 to a mounting member 1 that is mounted on a spraying pipe P and a spray state of liquid is switched by rotating a cylindrical rotary head 4 arranged outside in a radial direction of the inner pipe 2, is provided with a detent mechanism that holds a position in a circumferential direction of the rotary head 4 by engaging protrusions 22 protruding from an outer periphery of the inner pipe 2 with a recessed part 4a of the rotary head 4, which can hold the spray state stably, and in which grooves 3a in an axial direction through which the protrusions 22 of the inner pipe 2 are passed are formed in the union nut 3 so as to enable the union nut 3 to pass on positions of the protrusions 22 from the other end side of the inner pipe 2. This can eliminate the necessity of detaching the mounting member 1 from the spraying pipe P in replacing the spray nozzle unit with an existing spray nozzle unit, which enables the unit to operate efficiently at low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
