Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stage device which uses a voice coil motor for driving a movable substrate, uses a magnet type position detection device for position detection, and enables correct position detection by a magnetic sensor even if a moving distance of the movable substrate increases.SOLUTION: A stage device having a position detection function includes: a fixed body having a pair of first and second fixed substrates that are coordinated with each other; a movable body having a pair of first and second movable substrates which are supported by the pair of fixed substrates so as to move in a plane direction of the fixed substrates and are coordinated with each other. The pair of fixed substrates and the pair of movable substrates are positioned in an order of the first fixed substrate, the first movable substrate, the second fixed substrate, and the second movable substrate. The stage device further includes: magnetic drive devices provided on one side and the other side of the first fixed substrate and the first movable substrate and composed of a voice coil and a magnet; and magnetic type position detection devices provided on one side and the other side of the second fixed substrate and the second movable substrate and composed of a magnetic sensor and a magnet.
