Abstract:
To solve a problems that in a vacuum valve, conventionally, when an end plate and an end shield are assembled, a jig for aligning of two companies is required, and workability is poor, and a brazing material is required for joining the end plate and the end shield, and a worker with welding skills is required.SOLUTION: In tubular fixed-side end shields 23 and 24, the tip of a fixed-side end plate 2 on the insulating container side, which is joined to the end of a tubular insulating container 1 and through which a fixed-side electrode rod 4 having a fixed-side electrode at the inner end is penetrated, is divided from the same member, and one of the divided members is a tubular fixed-side joint 22 that is joined to the insulating container, and the other member is located on at least one of the inside and outside of the insulating container and extends in the extending direction of the fixed-side electrode rod from the end on the side of the fixed-side end plate of the insulating container toward the side of the fixed-side electrode, and the concentration of electric fields at the end of the insulating container on the side of the fixed-end plate is relieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
