Abstract:
To provide a variable gain amplifier that can be miniaturized and suppress loss due to impedance mismatch.SOLUTION: A variable gain amplifier 1 includes a pair of input terminals a1 and a2, a differential amplifier circuit 13 having a pair of output terminals b1 and b2, and a variable attenuation circuit 14 connected between at least one of the pair of input terminals a1, a2 and the pair of output terminals b1, b2 of the differential amplifier circuit 13, and capable of switching the resistance value on the basis of a control signal input from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
