Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system capable of appropriately implementing automatic driving in accordance with a towing state of a vehicle, a vehicle control method and a vehicle control program.SOLUTION: A vehicle control system comprises: a detection section for detecting a towing state of a vehicle; a recognition section for recognizing a situation around the vehicle; a control section which performs automatic control for automatically controlling at least either acceleration/deceleration or steering of the vehicle based on the situation around the vehicle that is recognized by the recognition section; and a change section by which, if a state that the vehicle is towing an object is detected by the detection section, a content of the control due to the control section is changed in such a manner that the automatic control becomes harder to implement than a case where the state that the vehicle is towing an object is not detected by the detection section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
