Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly process the presentation of a passport which a foreign hotel guest is asked for at the time of check-in and to reduce the anxiety of the foreign hotel guest about the presentation.SOLUTION: An accommodation check-in system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of mobile terminals and a front management computer capable of communicating with the mobile terminals. The mobile terminals comprise a camera capable of photographing and control means. The control means can perform a reception process of inputting accommodation related information input by a hotel guest, a passport photographing process of photographing a passport with the camera and storing it as passport photographic information, and a transmission process of transmitting the accommodation related information input in the reception process and the passport photographic information stored in the passport photographing process to a server device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
