To provide a vehicle that can obtain satisfactory balancer performance, using less increase in weight.

A driving portion A is mounted on the vehicle where a seating portion and a control device are arranged via a movement mechanism. By using a linear movement mechanism of low resistance, such as in a linear guide apparatus, for example, as the movement mechanism, and by changing the relative positions of a vehicle body and the driving portion by the driving force of a driving motor, the vehicle body is given the same effect as for a balancer. As a result, it becomes possible to provide a balancer functions, without having to separately prepare the drive motor and the like.
