Abstract:
An adaptive pressure and oxygen concentration control method, comprising: performing on-line recognition on parameters of ventilation process dynamics, and respectively calculating a linearized airway resistance coefficient and a linearized dynamic compliance coefficient (S10); on the basis of the linearized airway resistance coefficient and the linearized dynamic compliance coefficient, estimating an adaptation parameter (S20); in combination with the adaptation parameter, calculating an air/oxygen mixed flow amount control signal ue, in order to adaptively control pressure (S30); and in combination with the adaptation parameter, respectively calculating an air flow amount control signal uea and an oxygen flow amount control signal ueo, in order to adaptively control oxygen concentration (S40). In the adaptive pressure and oxygen concentration control method, a pressure maintaining process and an oxygen concentration maintaining process are synchronously designed. The method is simple and easy to implement, without requiring increasing the complexity of a ventilator, and is able to ensure synchronous adjustment of pressure and oxygen concentration, thus ensuring the clinical use effects of the ventilator.
