Abstract:
A catheter tip positioning method used during a percutaneous catheterization procedure to position a catheter tip at the heart on the basis of an electrocardiogram signal, and comprises simultaneously collecting a body surface electrocardiogram signal and an in vivo electrocardiogram signal (S10); acquiring, within a preset time interval, positional information of a body surface QRS complex according to the body surface electrocardiogram signal (S20); positioning, according to the positional information of the body surface QRS complex, a complete in vivo P-QRS complex in the in vivo electrocardiogram signal (S30), and acquiring a current positive P wave amplitude and a current negative P wave amplitude associated therewith; drawing a positive P wave trend graph according to a ratio of the current positive P wave amplitude to a preset positive P wave amplitude (S40); drawing a negative P wave trend graph according to a ratio of the current negative P wave amplitude to a preset negative P wave amplitude (S50); and performing comparison on the basis of the positive P wave trend graph, the negative P wave trend graph and preset trend information to determine a position of the catheter tip (S60). The catheter tip positioning method takes additional determination factors into consideration, thereby enhancing determination accuracy.
