An aerogel fiber having a specific section morphology feature, and a preparation method and device therefor. The arrangement form of two-dimensional nanosheets on the section of the aerogel fiber is regulatable. A regulation method is as follows: while wet spinning is carried out, adding a rotating flow field device before a spinning solution fluid is sprayed out, wherein the rotating flow field makes the two-dimensional nanosheets form a specific sheet layer arrangement form in a section direction of a gel fiber under the action of rotational shearing; and preparing a graphene oxide aerogel fiber of a specific morphological structure (a concentric circle and a helical line) from the gel fiber of a specific morphological section structure under freeze-drying conditions. A hydrogel fiber of a concentric circle structure is subjected to drying densification, drawing and reduction to obtain a graphene fiber with a high modulus and high thermal conductivity; and compared with existing graphene fibers, the thermal conductivity and modulus of the obtained graphene fiber are improved.
