Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a stirring device and method for a polyurethane-modified emulsified asphalt cold mix, the stirring device comprising a stirring box for accommodating the polyurethane-modified emulsified asphalt cold mix and a base for supporting the stirring box, wherein a discharge pipe is provided on an outer side of the stirring box; a support frame is provided on an outer side of the base in a vertical direction; a baffle is provided on the side of the support frame close to the stirring box; and a first drive assembly used for stirring the polyurethane-modified emulsified asphalt cold mix is provided on a surface of the baffle. A sun spur gear drives a planetary spur gear to perform a circular motion in an inner gear ring, thereby driving a mounting box to move, such that a stirring frame rotates along an inner wall of the stirring box inside the stirring box to stir the polyurethane-modified emulsified asphalt cold mix, and the stirring frame is then driven to rotate by means of the mutual engagement of a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, such that the uniformity of stirring of the polyurethane-modified emulsified asphalt cold mix is improved by means of double stirring.
