Abstract:
Disclosed is a food or a drug whereby the composition ratio of intestinal bacterial flora can be safely regulated with little side effects. An agent for regulating the composition ratio of intestinal bacterial flora characterized by containing at least one kind of sugar absorption inhibitor, and a food or a drug containing the same.
