Title:
SYSTEM FOR IMAGING, TRANSMISSION OF IMAGES AND THE LIKE, AND DETECTION OF DANGER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/123036
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Heretofore in society, everyday life, industry, communities, and other places of living, lighting and camera systems have been separate, making installation of cameras and the like difficult; furthermore, it has been difficult for video-recording equipment, in times of danger and emergencies, to instantaneously image the location of an anomaly or the like and transmit that video. In contexts that form the foundation of our lives, such as crime, disasters, safety, the environment, nursing, and manufacturing, hazards arise that pertain to human lives and bodies, property, food, rearing, disinfection, pollution, disease, and the like; lighting and cameras have been isolated from each other, creating difficulties for crisis management means using imaging and detection via image extraction, imaging, and simultaneous transmission to identify locations where hazards such as the above are occurring. A crisis management system to solve the above issues is provided, allowing real-time and other imaging and detection during a hazard situation. During hazard situations, said system extracts, images, and immediately and automatically transmits images of locations of anomalies in the aforementioned places of living. This system uses cameras that are controlled together with lighting means in places of living, allowing integrated control of lighting processing and camera image processing.
