An air conditioning control device (101) is provided with a temperature setting means (112) for setting the set temperature to a predetermined temperature when the user's temperature sensation, as determined by a temperature sensation determining means (103), deviates from the sensation that the temperature is comfortable, and an ambient temperature changing means(111) for controlling the ambient temperature so as to achieve the set temperature set by the temperature setting means (112).
