Abstract:
An air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided with: a housing which has a suction opening which connects to an opening formed in the roof of the vehicle and sucking air within the vehicle; and a device body which is disposed within the housing and which conditions the air within the vehicle, which is sucked through the suction opening. The bottom plate of the housing has formed therein a wiring through-hole through which a wiring cable extending from the device body is conducted to the space between the roof of the vehicle and the housing. The wiring cable is installed so as to extend from the device body, through the wiring through-hole and then through the space between the roof of the vehicle and the bottom plate into the opening of the vehicle from a position on the bottom plate, the position being located above the opening of the vehicle.
