Abstract:
In order to appropriately allocate airspace when allocating airspace to an unmanned aerial vehicle, an authorization level acquisition means (112) in this airspace management system (10) obtains an authorization level for unmanned aerial vehicle operation, for each unmanned aerial vehicle (300). An airspace level acquisition means (114) obtains an airspace level indicating a range where the authorization level is permitted in the airspace, for each airspace occupying a set range. A determination means (122) determines that the unmanned aerial vehicle can fly in a given airspace, on the basis of the authorization level and the airspace level.
