Abstract:
Especially, the entire inner surfaces of the aluminum fins arranged into a multilayer structure provided in a structural body are effectively anodized even if the density of aluminum fins is relatively high. An inner surface anodizing method for a structural body (11) has therein at least segmentalized aluminum fins (13) to be anodized of a multilayer structure and passage spaces (14) which are defined between the aluminum fins and through which an electrolyte can flow in a desired direction. By performing anodization while forcing an electrolyte to flow through the passage spaces (14) between the aluminum fins (13) of the structural body (11), a uniform oxide film is formed over the entire inner surfaces of the aluminum fins (13).
