Provided are a long service life angular contact ball bearing and duplex bearing that are used with grease lubrication. The width of the outer races (30) in the axial direction is larger than 0 in the ISO width series. The outer circumference of the inner races (20) comprises an inner race shoulder (24) formed outside the inner race track surface (22) in the axial direction and a counter bore (26) formed on the other side in the axial direction. The inner circumference of the outer races (30) comprises: first and second outer race shoulders (34, 35) that are formed on both sides of the outer race track surface (32) in the axial direction with the track surface therebetween; a first sealing groove (36) formed so as to fix a first sealing member (61) on the outside, in the axial direction, of the first outer race shoulder (34) that faces the inner race shoulder (24); and a second sealing groove (37) formed so as to fix a second sealing member (62) on the inside, in the axial direction, of the second outer race shoulder (35) that faces the counter bore (26). The interior of the angular contact ball bearings (10A, 10B) are lubricated with grease.
