The present invention relates to an anode active material, a preparation method therefor and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, the anode active material comprising at least one metal-containing particle, wherein the ratio (r2/r1) of the radius (r1) of the anode active material to the length (r2) of the longest linear line for connecting a center point of the anode active material and a distal end of the center point of the anode active material of the metal-containing particle positioned at the furthest distance is 0.8-0.95.
