An antenna, an antenna array, and a communication device. The antenna comprises a base (110) and phosphors (120). The base (110) comprises a first end face (111) and a second end face (112) arranged opposite to each other, and the base (110) contracts from the first end face (111) towards the second end face (112); the base (110) is provided with a plurality of periodic holes (113a) passing through the first end face (111) and the second end face (112), and the plurality of periodic holes (113a) surround the periphery of a first area in the base (110); the first area surrounded by the plurality of periodic holes (113a) in the base (110) and the periodic holes (113a) contract from the first end face (111) towards the second end face (112), and the phosphors (120) are provided in at least some of the plurality of periodic holes (113a). The base (110) contracts from the first end face (111) towards the second end face (112), so that the probability of reflection of light in the base (110) can be improved, and the light convergence and light receiving capabilities of an antenna are enhanced, thereby improving the efficiency of transmission of light waves by the antenna.
