Abstract:
Provided is an array substrate motherboard. The array substrate motherboard comprises a plurality of display panels and at least one signal lead-in area, wherein the signal lead-in area comprises a plurality of first switch transistors, a plurality of first capacitors and a plurality of second capacitors. A first gate electrode of each first switch transistor is connected to a first input end of an external controller, a second electrode plate of each first capacitor and a first electrode plate of each second capacitor respectively; a first source electrode of each first switch transistor is connected to a second input end of the controller and a first electrode plate of the corresponding first capacitor respectively; and a first drain electrode of each first switch transistor is connected to the corresponding display panel and a second electrode plate of the corresponding second capacitor respectively. Each display panel comprises a plurality of second switch transistors, wherein the width of a second channel area of each second switch transistor is less than the width of a first channel area of each first switch transistor. A signal lead-in area is optimally designed, so as to ensure that the function of a switch transistor of the signal lead-in area is normal, and ensure that a photocuring process is normal.
