Abstract:
An automatic gas sample feeder comprises a propeller (1), a transmission device (2), a sample chain (3) and a sample feeding cone (5). The propeller (1) comprises a stepping motor I (11), a screw rod (14), a sliding block (12) and an optical shaft (13) which are sequentially connected. The sliding block (12) is capable of moving along the optical shaft (13). The sliding block (12) is connected with an L-shaped pressing block (15). The transmission device (2) comprises a stepping motor II (22) and a driving gear (23), the driving gear (23) is matched with a driven gear (25) by virtue of a belt (24). The driven gear (25) is connected with a transmission gear (21) by virtue of a transmission shaft (27). The sample chain (3) comprises at least one cylinder (31). A spring hoop (34) is fixed on one end of the cylinder (31), the cylinder (31) is arranged in a gear position of the transmission gear (21). An injector (7) is fixed on the other end of the spring hoop (34), and an outlet of the injector (7) passes through the cylinder (31) and extends to the other end of the cylinder (31). One end of the L-shaped pressing block (15) is capable of pushing a push rod of the injector (7) and pressing a one-way valve (8) connected with the outlet of the injector (7) into the cone of the sample feeding cone (5). The injector (7) being directly used as a sample feeding bottle, the transfer times is reduced and the pollution is reduced. The sample chain (3) is capable of increasing and reducing the gear number according to the requirements and the motor can be controlled to feed the samples for multiple times, so that the samples can be automatically fed.
