Abstract:
A bamboo board cutting device, comprising a workbench (1), a cutting machine (2), a circular cutter (3), and positioning mechanisms (4). A supporting column (5) is mounted on one side of the top of the workbench (1); a supporting plate (6) is welded to the top end of the supporting column (5); the cutting machine (2) is mounted below the supporting plate (6); a lifting/lowering mechanism is mounted on the supporting plate (6); the circular cutter (3) is mounted at the output end of the cutting machine (2); the circular cutter (3) consists of cutting blades (7) and a blade fixing part (8); a plurality of cutting blades (7) are provided and locked on the blade fixing part (8) by means of a locking mechanism; a mechanism for individually dismounting the cutting blades (7) is provided on the blade fixing part (8); a protective cover (9) is fixed onto the cutting machine (2); two positioning mechanisms (4) are mounted on the top surface of the workbench (1); each positioning mechanism (4) comprises a gantry (10), a pressing plate (11), a cylinder (12), and a dust hood (13); an air vent is formed in the middle of the pressing plate (11); the dust hood (13) is fixed to the outer side of the pressing plate (11).
