Abstract:
Disclosed is a camellia oil squeezing device, which comprises a bottom plate, wherein two frame plates are installed above the bottom plate; a squeezing shell is fixed to the inner sides of the two frame plates, and the inner diameter of the squeezing shell gradually decreases from one end to the other end; a squeezing shaft is composed of a main shaft, a driving shaft, and spiral blades;the outer diameter of the main shaft gradually increases from a large-diameter end to the other end of the squeezing shell; the spiral blades are spirally wound around the outer wall of the main shaft; blade distances of the spiral blades gradually decrease from the large-diameter end to the other end of the squeezing shell; blade outer diameters of the spiral blades gradually decrease from the large-diameter end to the other end of the squeezing shell; the blade ends of the spiral blades are provided with small water channels at intervals; a feeding funnel is installed at the top of the large-diameter end of the squeezing shell; an oil outlet is arranged at the bottom of the large-diameter end of the squeezing shell; and a discharging port is formed in the bottom face of the small-diameter end of the squeezing shell. The device can be designed with a triple compression structure to provide efficient squeezing for camellia oil seeds and make the squeezed oil easy to discharge in time and not easy to discharge along with waste after the squeezing, resulting in a high yield.
