Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a base station which can appropriately communicate with a mobile station in a situation where communication can be impossible, a communication system, a communication method, and a communication control program. [Solution] A communication unit communicates with a mobile station. A prediction unit predicts a period during which the communication with the mobile station is disturbed. A control unit controls the communication unit such that communication data to be transmitted to the mobile station during the period of disturbance is transmitted in a period prior to the period of disturbance.
