Abstract:
In this base station device (12), a state management unit (26) transmits an information request signal for requesting terminal information to a plurality of terminal devices from a communication unit (20) and then receives terminal information, which includes information relating to transmission electric power of the terminal devices and position information pertaining to the terminal devices, from the terminal devices as a response to the information request signal by using the communication unit (20). A role determination unit (28) determines, on the basis of the received terminal information, that a terminal device for which the transmission electric power exceeds a preset threshold value and which is positioned in a prescribed region within a preset communication area of the host base station device (12), from among the plurality of terminal devices, is to have a transfer role in which the terminal device fills the role of transferring signals. The role determination unit (28) transmits, from the communication unit (20) to the terminal device for which the transfer role was determined, a role change signal for notifying the terminal device that the transfer role was determined therefor.
