The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a battery, a power consuming device, and a battery manufacturing apparatus. The battery comprises a plurality of battery cells, an end plate and a protection device, wherein the plurality of battery cells are arranged in parallel; the end plate is arranged on one side of the plurality of battery cells, and a first limiting portion is provided on the side of the end plate that is away from the plurality of battery cells; the protection device is provided with a second limiting portion that is adapted to the first limiting portion; and the second limiting portion is snap-fitted to the first limiting portion, so that the protection device can isolate the end plate from external members. The battery of the present application has the advantages of a low rate of occurrence of failure and a long service life. In addition, the protection device and the end plate are connected to each other by means of snap-fitting between the second limiting portion and the first limiting portion, and the connection is rapid, thereby saving the connection time; and the protection device and the end plate are firmly connected, thereby being less prone to loosening and falling.
