Disclosed in the present invention is a protective clamp rotation shaft, comprising a main rotor mechanism and auxiliary rotor mechanisms, which are located on two sides of the main rotor mechanism, wherein the auxiliary rotor mechanisms are connected to the main rotor mechanism by means of connectors. The connectors are configured such that the main rotor mechanism and the auxiliary rotor mechanisms are movably connected together, and the main rotor mechanism and the auxiliary rotor mechanisms are movably deployed along fixed points of the connectors to form included angles, the included angles of deployment being 0-80 degrees. The present invention is easy to assemble, has a wide range of application, is multifunctional and durable, and can serve as a mobile stand for an electronic device for use in the field of mobile phone stands and mobile terminal stands. In addition, a protective clamp can be controlled to be deployed or collapsed at four gears, i.e., 0, 30, 45 or 60 degrees, so that the protective clamp rotation shaft will not compress and cause wear on a mobile terminal due to excessive clamping, and the protective clamp rotation shaft will not be damaged due to excessive deployment.
