Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a battery separator and a manufacturing method therefor, and a battery. The battery separator comprises a separator base material and a PVDF coating coated on at least one side surface of the separator base material. The PVDF coating comprises ring-like coating points having a distribution density of 30/cm2-800/cm2. Compared with an existing multi-layer coated separator, the battery separator provided by the present invention has the advantages that the coverage rate of the PVDF coating is relatively low, and the air permeability of the battery separator is good, such that good bonding strength between the battery separator and a battery electrode sheet can be guaranteed, and meanwhile, the performances of the battery such as rate discharge and cycle service life can also be improved.
