Abstract:
A beam processing apparatus and a beam processing method, which are used to increase the utilization rate of a beam. The beam processing apparatus (100) comprises a light source (101), a polarization converter (102) and a polarizer (103). The light source (101) is used for providing a first beam, and the first beam comprises a second beam in a first polarization state and a third beam in a second polarization state. The polarizer (103) is used for transmitting the second beam and for reflecting the third beam to the polarization converter (102). The polarization converter (102) is used for converting the third beam into a fourth beam, wherein the fourth beam is used for acquiring a fifth beam in the first polarization state. The polarizer (103) is also used for transmitting the fifth beam.
