Abstract:

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sheet-like blind member is provided with two or more light blocking and transmission layers positioned so as to face each other, with a sheet member having a higher refractive index than air, therebetween. Each light blocking and transmission layer has: a plurality of band-like light blocking parts (4a, 4b) and a plurality of band-like transmission parts (5a, 5b) that are alternately lined up in the height direction. The two or more light blocking and transmission layers are formed in the same phase in the height direction. If the width of the light blocking parts is denoted as Wb, the interval between the light blocking and transmission layers is denoted as T, and an angle formed with the window normal direction inside the blind member of a light ray incident at a critical angle from above the window is denoted as α, Wb < T × tanα.
