Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing metal nanowire nonwoven fabric which is a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric from metal nanowire by reducing and precipitating ferromagnetic metals from a reaction solution that contains ferromagnetic metal ions and a reducing agent, and which is characterized by making the reducing reaction progress in a state in which a magnetic field is applied such that a gradient in magnetic flux density is generated in the direction of depth of the reaction solution and the magnetic flux density in the vicinity of the surface of the reaction solution is the greatest. The metal nanowire nonwoven fabric obtained by this method has a three-dimensional structure in which nano sized ferromagnetic metal wire is entwined, and by forming an electrode active substance layer thereon, an electrode that achieves high capacity, high cycle characteristics, and high rate characteristics can be obtained.
