Disclosed is an inhibitor of cerebral vasospasm, which is effective on cerebral vasospasm occurring after subarachnoid hemorrhage and has few adverse side-effects. The inhibitor comprises an anti-HMGB1 monoclonal antibody as an active ingredient.
