Abstract:
A clamping base for bearing machining, comprising: an outer-ring clamping device (20) and an inner-ring clamping device (30). The outer-ring clamping device (20) comprises a pair of outer-ring clamping supporting plates (23). A plurality of outer-ring clamping blocks (24) evenly distributed left and right are formed on the end faces, which are in proximity to each other, of the pair of outer-ring clamping supporting plates (23). The inner-ring clamping device (30) comprises a U-shaped rear supporting base (32) having an upward opening. The rear supporting base (32) is provided on the rear side of a front supporting base (10) and is capable of moving back and forth. A plurality of cylindrical rod-shaped center supporting parts evenly distributed left and right are arranged between a pair of vertical parts of the rear supporting base (32). Each center supporting part comprises a plurality of inner-ring clamping rods (36). When all the inner-ring clamping rods (36) of the same center supporting part get close, an integral cylinder rod is formed. The inner-ring clamping rods (36) are arranged in a radial moving manner taking the rotation center axes of the center supporting parts as axes. A plurality of front through holes (101) evenly distributed left and right are formed on the front supporting base (10) and allow the center supporting parts to penetrate front and back and the inner-ring clamping rods to move. The clamping base is simple in structure, loading of bearings is convenient, and clamping on the inner ring and the outer ring is implemented respectively.
