Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of optical communications, and in particular relates to a coherent light receiving apparatus, and an optical system using the coherent light receiving apparatus. The coherent light receiving apparatus comprises a light splitting unit, a polarization control unit, a frequency mixing unit, and a synthesis unit, wherein the polarization light splitting unit is connected to an input end of the frequency mixing unit, and an output end of the frequency mixing unit is connected to the synthesis unit. The light splitting unit is used for receiving signal light and local oscillator light of any polarization mode, splitting the signal light into a plurality of sub-signal light beams, and splitting the local oscillator light into a plurality of sub-local-oscillator light beams. The frequency mixing unit is used for performing frequency mixing on the sub-signal light and the sub-local-oscillator light to obtain a plurality of mixed frequency light beams. The synthesis unit is used for performing photoelectric conversion on the plurality of mixed frequency light beams to obtain and output a plurality of coherent electrical signals. The polarization control unit is used for controlling the polarization of the local oscillator light, such that a digital signal processor obtains service data according to the plurality of coherent electrical signals.
