A color film substrate (100), comprising a substrate (110), a black matrix layer (120), a first groove (130), and a reflecting layer (140). The substrate (110) comprises a display area (111) and a non-display area (112) surrounding the display area (111); the black matrix layer (120) is provided on the substrate (110), and comprises a first black matrix layer (121) provided in the display area (111) and a second black matrix layer (122) formed in the non-display area (112); the first groove (130) is formed in the second black matrix layer (122); and the reflecting layer (140) covers the first groove (130).
