Abstract:
Provided is a communication method for a radio communication system constituting an
MBS zone. The method includes; a step that an MBS control device classifies MBS
contents according to MBS types; a step that the MBS control device manages the
information correlating an MBS identifier corresponding to the MBS zone to a
constituent base station and an associated gateway device for each of the MBS
types; a step that the MBS zone-constituting information containing the management
information is transmitted to the gateway device; a step that the gateway device
holds the MBS zone-constituting information and transfers it to the base station;
a step that the base station acquires a connection identifier corresponding
to an MBS zone identifier for each of the MBS types and transmits it to a terminal;
and a step that the terminal performs communication with the base station according
to the MBS type of the content and the connection identifier.
