This communication system comprises a plurality of cloud resources and a plurality of communication devices provided on paths each for utilizing any of the plurality of cloud resources, and further comprises: a cloud controller that collects cloud information relating to the plurality of cloud resources, respectively, from the plurality of cloud resources, and changes settings of the plurality of cloud resources; a network controller that collects NW information relating to the plurality of communication devices and a network formed by the plurality of communication devices, respectively, from the plurality of communication devices, and gives an instruction for switching between the paths of the plurality of communication devices; and an integrated controller that collects the cloud information from the cloud controller, collects the NW information from the network controller, and on the basis of the collected cloud information and NW information, gives the instruction for changing settings of the cloud resources to the cloud controller and/or the instruction for switching between paths to the network controller.
