Abstract:
The present invention solves the problem of how to reduce the burden on a user of a service while making it possible to identify the contact information of the user of the service and deliver information. To this end, an information processing system (1) includes: a first acquisition unit (11) that acquires first biological information from a first terminal managed by a service provider; a first registration unit (12) that generates first registration information in association with the first biological information; a second acquisition unit (13) that acquires second biological information from a second terminal managed by a user of the service; and a second registration unit (14) that generates second registration information in association with the first registration information and with contact information associated with the second terminal when matching of the first biological information and the second biological information is successful.
