Abstract:
Provided are: a composition containing, as active ingredients, Bacillus subtilis BN1001 strain(deposit number: FERM P-11132) and Bacillus subtilis var. natto; a wastewater treatment system comprising a biological treatment tank for biologically treating wastewater, the wastewater treatment system containing the BN1001 strain and Bacillus subtilis var. natto in the biological treatment tank; a wastewater treating method for biologically treating wastewater, the wastewater treating method comprising a step of adding the BN1001 strain and Bacillus subtilis var. natto to the wastewater; a deodorization method comprising a step of bringing the BN1001 strain and Bacillus subtilis var. natto into contact with a malodor source; a support for carrying Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus subtilis var. natto; a wastewater treatment system containing the support in a biological treatment tank; a wastewater treating method comprising a step of adding the support to wastewater; and a batch wastewater treating method, wherein a biological treatment tank contains the support.
